Events Outside our Control

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return the product within 120 days of purchase.  A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to the refund and money will be issued 3 days after receiving and inspection of product(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately for assistance. A new product will be exchanged at no charge. If you would like to exchange a product, we’ll be happy to exchange the product(s) within 30 days of purchase.

A confirmation email will be sent once we have received your returned item(s). To return a product, send the product(s) back to the address below along with proof of purchase and your details.

Lue Jenkins reserves the right to change prices for products at any time, and to correct inadvertent pricing errors. If you were charged more than the posted price, contact [email protected] about a refund of the overcharge.
In the event Lue Jenkins reduce the price on any product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the price change to request a refund or credit of the difference in price. 
Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you pay for your order with an international card, the price may fluctuate with exchange rates and/or your card issuer may charge foreign conversion charges and fees.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for many of our products. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. Lue Jenkins will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. 
Pickup Contact
If you select in-store pickup, you may be able to designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide their name and email address. Certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. Lue Jenkins is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.

Lue Jenkins sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

Lue  Jenkins accepts orders from billing addresses within the U.S. and most U.S. territories. Products purchased online from the U.S. will only be shipped to addresses within the U.S. and are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these laws and regulations.

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation supply chain shortages, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. 
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under these Terms: (1) We will provide notice to you as soon as reasonably possible; and (2) our obligations under these general conditions will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended during the time needed for resolution of the Event Outside Our Control. 
Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of a product to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.  You may cancel the order if an Event Outside Our Control takes place and you no longer wish us to provide the products.
